    We begin with a thoughtful evaluation to understand your specific anxiety symptoms, stressors, triggers, and how anxiety shows up in your body, thoughts, and daily life. This helps us identify patterns and tailor care to your unique experience.

  • Personalized Treatment Plan
    Based on your goals and evaluation, your therapist creates an individualized treatment plan. Therapy may integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies, acceptance-based approaches, mindfulness, and nervous-system–informed care to help reduce anxiety and improve resilience.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions
    One-on-one sessions provide a supportive space to explore anxious thoughts, chronic stress, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions focus on building insight, practicing skills, and helping you respond to stress in healthier, more grounded ways.

  • Coping Skills & Nervous System Regulation
    You’ll learn practical coping tools to manage worry, panic, racing thoughts, and physical symptoms of anxiety. These skills are designed to be used in real time—during stressful moments at work, in relationships, or when anxiety feels out of control.

  • Between-Session Homework
    Optional homework assignments help reinforce progress between sessions. These may include thought exercises, mindfulness practices, behavioral experiments, or stress-reduction tools that support real-life change.

  • Email Access to Your Therapist
    Limited email access is available for brief questions, clarification, or support between sessions—helping you stay connected and supported as you apply new skills.

  • Collaborative Care
    When appropriate, we collaborate with medical providers or psychiatrists to support comprehensive care, especially when anxiety or stress is impacting sleep, health, or daily functioning.
